Project Manager - Professional Services

As a Project Manager in our Professional Services team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the transformation and onboarding of our software solutions at broadcasters around the world. You will be in charge of the successful deployment of our projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will interact with various stakeholders at our clients and manage effective relevant communication on project status and requirements at different levels. In addition, the Project Manager contributes to smooth intake of projects through collaboration with our pre-sales team, and smooth handover of projects to our Support department. This role calls for a balance between strategic oversight and detailed execution within multiple parallel projects, all aiming towards customer satisfaction, project profitability, and continuous service delivery improvement. A key factor to success will be the ability to balance and organize customer and stakeholder requests, in a people-focused and positive way, across multiple projects running in parallel. KPI’s for this role will be aligned with the Global Services objectives around customer satisfaction, planning accuracy, reporting accuracy, and resource utilisation.
