Project Manager - Regulatory Reporting

Project Planning & Execution • Define and manage project scope, timelines, budget, and resources • Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and delivery roadmap • Track progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards • Manage cross-functional dependencies across data, technology, and reporting teams

Governance & Risk Management • Establish and maintain robust governance and reporting frameworks • Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies • Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and steering committees

Stakeholder & Vendor Management • Act as the single point of contact for business and technology stakeholders • Drive alignment across Finance, Risk, Compliance, and IT teams • Manage engagement with vendors such as Wolters Kluwer and other platform providers

Delivery Oversight • Oversee all phases: requirements, design, build, testing, and deployment • Ensure effective execution of SIT, UAT, and go-live activities • Track defects, ensure resolution, and manage release readiness

Regulatory Compliance • Ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks (Basel III/IV, Liquidity, Capital Reporting, etc.) • Support validation and reconciliation of reports post-upgrade • Facilitate audit and compliance reviews
