Project Manager(Automation)-Chinese/Korean Bilingual

• End-to-End Project Leadership: Manage the overall project lifecycle, from contract review to successful delivery, ensuring adherence to schedule, quality, and scope. • Project Initiation & Planning: Participate in pre-sales feasibility assessments, contract reviews, and project kick-off. Develop comprehensive project plans, define milestones, assemble and lead cross-functional teams, and secure necessary resources. • Execution & Monitoring: Oversee all project details, ensuring meticulous execution of tasks. Personally engage in critical technical aspects when required. Monitor progress against plans and manage project budgets and costs. • Stakeholder & Problem Management: Act as the primary point of contact, coordinating seamlessly between internal teams (mechanical, electrical, software) and external clients or partners. Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve issues to keep projects on track. • Quality & Risk Management: Implement rigorous quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
