Your Role

 

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of telecommunications tower projects. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors and subcontractors, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

 

  • Manage end-to-end telecom projects
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Manage relationships with mobile network operators,contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Oversee procurement activities and contractor performance.
  • Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and budget variances.

 

 

Your Profile

 

  • +5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferrably with experience in telecommunications infrastructure projects
  • Academic background in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or similar
  • Knowledge of mobile, roaming services, as well as experience managing telco sites (towers)
  • Operational management, client relationship building, and strategic problem-solving
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (PMP, CAPM or related certifications are valued);
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and Power BI
  • Good level of spoken and written English
  • Proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong focus on delivering results and fostering collaboration.
