MORO TECH is a tech house with a global team on a mission to empower businesses to succeed through business transformation solutions, data-driven strategies and a deep technical expertise.  We are partnering with a global leader in the automotive industry to recruit a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of IT and business application projects from initiation through closure. This role is responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, quality, risks, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring that solutions are delivered efficiently and meet business objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with business analysis capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and a continuous improvement mindset. Working closely with customers, vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to required quality standards. On a given day, a Project Manager will:  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints. • Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and budget in collaboration with stakeholders. • Allocate project resources and monitor resource utilization, ensuring tools or processes are in place to obtain and analyze the required data. • Oversee project execution and ensure that project tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards (QCD). • Identify, assess, and most importantly manage project risks and issues, to ensure proper alignment in case of any impact or deviation to QCD expectation. • Project stakeholder: Manage relationships with them and communicate project status, progress, and issues. • Ensure project deliverables are completed, with validated quality and acceptance validated by stakeholders. • Conduct post-project reviews in reflection ceremonies, including customer satisfaction surveys, identify lessons learned, and gaps with best practices and ideal project execution
