Position Summary: The Project Manager leads real estate development projects from feasibility through delivery, ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The role requires close coordination with architects, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: • Contractor Supervision: Managing assigned projects from ground-up through commissioning as the primary contractor point of contact. • Execution Parameters: Rigorously monitoring budget, timeline, and quality. • Information Flow: Overseeing all administration, technical correspondence, and data flow between site and office. • Site Inspections & Troubleshooting: Attending progress meetings and conducting site inspections to resolve bottlenecks and technical issues promptly. • Technical Quality Control: Reviewing contractor plans, schedules, and site performance. • Financial Oversight: Preparing cost analyses and managing materials scheduling and budgeting. • Compliance & Safety: Enforcing compliance with building codes, QA/QC policies, and health & safety legislation. • Delivery: Overseeing commissioning and final handover.
