We are seeking an experience Project Manager to lead the implementation of Human Resources Information System ( HRIS)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end -to-end implementation of HRIS projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and external vendors to ensure a successful project delivery to clients
- Define, implement and drive project governance across a supportive stakeholder landscape
- Manage project risks and issues, and proactively identify and implement solutions to ensure project success
- Work with project team to create and execute detailed project plan, and revise them where appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements of clients, while ensuring milestones are met.
- Prepare and maintain all project documentation – project plan, project schedules, WBS, budgets, etc.
- Present project status to leadership and executives (internal and external)
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience.
- Experience managing HRIS system implementations such as SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG, Workforce Software
- Knowledge and understanding of trends and developments in Human Resources, HCM, HR IT,
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Superior analytical skills and highly developed interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills are required
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce quality work under tight deadlines
- Experience and skill presenting to leadership through written and verbal channels
- Must be well - versed with HRIS/IT project management process stages Waterfall and awareness of agile
Desired Skills:
- From HR or HCM background
- Bilingual
Qualification:
- PMP certification
Salary Range:
Between $100,000 and $130,000 CAD
