Project Manager

HaslerRail AG continues Bern's more than 135-year tradition in the field of railway technology. We are a leader in the development and manufacturing of electrical equipment for public transport.

The name Hasler is synonymous worldwide with Swiss quality in the railway sector and is well anchored in it. HaslerRail is looking for a dynamic and motivated Project Manager International (m/f/d) for our Site in Madrid Getafe.

In an international environment, you will support the sales department during the offer phase and, after signing the contract, take over the project management for the customer-specific production of the railway equipment. You will be responsible for the successful implementation of the project and thus contribute a lot to the satisfaction of our customers.

 Main tasks:

• Leading the project team and ensuring the success of the project in financial, scheduling and qualitative terms. • Support of sales during the preparation of the offer. • Direct communication and support of our customers. • Forming the interface between sales, system engineering, development, and those organizational units that provide human resources to the project. • Helping to improve organizational and administrative processes within the team. • Organization and execution of product acceptance tests together with the customer in Madrid or at our production site in Prague. • Triggering and Monitoring Changes and Modifications.
