The Project Manager is responsible for leading customer implementation projects that deploy Arcos software solutions in alignment with customer business objectives, operational requirements, and agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. This role manages the full implementation lifecycle, including discovery, planning, requirements coordination, solution configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, user acceptance, go-live readiness, stabilization, and transition to support. The Technical Project Manager serves as the primary coordination point between customer stakeholders and Arcos Professional Services, Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales teams, translating customer needs into actionable technical plans, managing risks and dependencies, and driving clear communication to ensure successful implementation outcomes and long-term customer adoption. 

This is intended as an outline of the essential functions of the position. Actual metrics that measure job performance are set forth in separate performance management documentation.    • Leading project teams using Arcos standard project management practices 

• Developing project management artifacts including project charters, scopes of work, budgets, work plans, risk logs, communication plans, status reports, change requests and other project deliverables. 

• Monitor customer contracts to ensure compliance with the agreed scope of work. 

• Act as the main point of contact and subject matter expert for PMO standards, governance processes, and implementation delivery tools. 

• Serve as the single point of contact for all project-related issues and correspondence. 

• Review new implementation projects with sales staff to identify customer stakeholders, project team members, scope considerations, technical dependencies, and special requirements. 

• Manage multiple simultaneous medium implementations or two to three large implementation projects. 

• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule and within prescribed budgets. 

• Prepare status reports and review other reports and status updates prepared by project personnel. Modify schedules or plans, as required.  Prepare project reports for management, clients, and others. 

• Engage regularly with the Arcos Engineering department to ensure development requirements are finalized and delivery dates are planned and remain on track. 

• Monitor project profitability and burndown status and understand how to take corrective action if a project is off budget. 

• Serve as a liaison between customers, Professional Services, Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales to translate business outcomes into clear requirements, solution designs, project plans, risks, and delivery decisions. 

• Partner with technical teams to validate configuration, integration, reporting, security, data migration, testing, and release-readiness activities; identify delivery risks early and drive ownership through closure. 

• Apply and create AI-enabled tools and automation to accelerate meeting summaries, requirements documentation, project reporting, risk and issue analysis, knowledge management, training assets, and repeatable delivery workflows. 

• Develop executive-ready communications that connect technical delivery progress to customer value, business outcomes, adoption, budget health, risk mitigation, and measurable implementation success. 

• Support continuous improvement by identifying reusable templates, prompts, automation patterns, packaged offerings, process improvements, and delivery playbooks that improve project quality and scalability.
