What you’ll do:

A. Manage and control projects to meet contract requirements while ensuring cost control within the project budget.
B. Collaborate with Eaton Service Engineers and manage subcontractors, including resource deployment, according to the project implementation plan.
C. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and issue invoices in accordance with contract milestones or progressive claims.
D. Manage multiple project implementations and deliveries according to individual project requirements.
E. Schedule and attend project meetings and discussions as required, including site meetings (technical, coordination, etc.).
F. Maintain up-to-date project integrated costing sheets and traceable tracking records for project expenses.
G. Manage and support contract administration activities (ordering, billing milestones, shop drawings, and O&M submissions).
H. Work with Customer Service and Supply Chain Management (SCM) teams on parts ordering, lead times, subcontractor scheduling, resource deployment, and quality of work, and manage customer requests during FAT/SAT while supporting the Service team with results and report compilation.
I. Be committed and responsible for Quality Management System (QMS) and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS):
a. Implement a process-driven and risk-based approach.
b. Provide necessary support to fully implement and sustain QMS/EHS.
c. Communicate the importance of compliance with QMS/EHS requirements across the organization.
d. Ensure QMS/EHS objectives are achieved.
e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to QMS/EHS.
f. Promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Degree / Diploma or equivalent in Engineering discipline PHP - Project Management Professional Cert 
At least 2 years of project management experience

Skills:

Auto-CAD skill
Good communication skill
