Job Summary
The Project Manager cum Coordinator is responsible for end-to-end delivery of projects while ensuring day-to-day coordination across stakeholders, timelines, and resources. The role combines ownership of project outcomes with hands-on execution, tracking progress, managing risks, and keeping all parties aligned.
Working closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors, the role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with business objectives. It also supports governance by maintaining documentation, monitoring budgets, and driving clear communication across all levels.
This position requires strong organisational discipline, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate both strategically and operationally in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description

Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, customers, and the project team.

Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams as per project needs

Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize project impact.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations as per agreed scope

Conduct regular status meetings, prepare reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, escalating critical issues when needed.

Oversee change management processes, ensuring smooth implementation of scope changes.

Conduct project reviews, lessons learned, and closeout documentation.

Day-to-day project coordination either at client site or remotely

Assist Project Manager in the planning and execution of day-to-day project activities

Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and schedules.

Coordinate meetings, record minutes, and track action items.

Monitor project progress and escalate issues or risks to the Project Manager.

Liaise with customer & stakeholders for approval requirements and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Assist Project Manager to update project management tools, dashboards, and status reports.

Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Skill
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
