Project Manager

Responsibilities: • Analyzing and investigating new project requirements, preparing project plans; assessing risks and proposing mitigations

• Ensuring that project meets deadlines and delivering product of required quality • Managing large project teams or multiple sub-teams within a project (programmers, artists, game designers, QA, etc) • Identifying and clarifying team goals; ensuring that expectations are aligned between stakeholders • Managing communications within the team and between the team and company departments as well as people on the client's side • Managing and planning team capacity • Conducting team meetings, providing various reports • Working with leads on tracking team's performance • Supporting team growth through regular feedback and Career Development plans • Conducting project interviews, contributing to hiring process.
