Job Purpose

Provide project leadership for all phases of order for new equipment, after market, and rework equipment to meet or exceed the customers contractual, technical, commercial, on-time delivery, and performance requirements within the anticipated profit level for the order. Link it to the study plan:

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for releasing the sale order in the ERP and make sure that the order requirements are communicated to the internal functions to plan their course of action.

2. Execute the orders from order receipt till the final acceptance of the product by the Customer.

3. Work closely with the Finance department payment collection and reduce risk of shipment and payment.

4. Supports plan for consistent project management where there may be no procedures or standard methods available.

5. Monitor that as-built documents meet customers requirement in terms of on-time submittal and good quality.

6. Ensure customer satisfaction survey to be sent to customer, monitor the response rate and results.

7. Regularly review Project status to ensure on-time delivery, cost control and good quality.
