The Role:
We're looking for a motivated Project Officer to join our Highways team. You'll support the delivery of business change and service improvements, helping to review processes, analyse business needs and implement solutions that improve the way we work and the services we deliver.
What you’ll do:
Within a supportive and innovative team, you'll work with colleagues across Highways to deliver projects and improvement initiatives, using business analysis and stakeholder engagement to identify opportunities, support decision-making and deliver change. You'll also provide business support across a range of operational and improvement activities.
What we’re looking for:
We're looking for someone with strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills who enjoys working collaboratively to improve services. You'll have experience supporting projects, implementing change or service improvements, and using data and insight to identify opportunities and inform decision-making. You'll be confident building relationships, managing competing priorities and turning ideas into practical solutions.
