Project Senior Manager 

 

Lead and manage the development, implementation, and enhancement of digital platforms, websites, and mobile applications to ensure the delivery of innovative, scalable, and user-centric technology solutions aligned with organizational strategy and business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Lead end-to-end digital and technology projects related to websites, platforms, mobile applications, and digital solutions.

Manage project planning, execution, timelines, budgets, resources, and delivery to ensure successful project outcomes.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, designers, developers, and vendors to define project scope and technical requirements.

Oversee the design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous enhancement of digital platforms and applications.

Ensure alignment between digital initiatives, user experience standards, and organizational technology strategy.

Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business performance.

Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and technical challenges while ensuring timely resolution and mitigation plans.

Establish and maintain project governance, reporting frameworks, and communication plans across stakeholders.

Ensure digital products and platforms meet quality, scalability, security, and performance standards.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including UI/UX, development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business units.

Lead vendor and third-party technology partner management throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor and evaluate project KPIs, delivery metrics, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Support agile delivery methodologies and ensure efficient collaboration between technical and business teams.

Stay updated on emerging technologies, digital trends, and best practices related to platforms, applications, and digital ecosystems.

 

 

Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,  or related field with a minimum of 6+ years of experience

Professional certification PMP,
