Who are we looking for? We are looking for a versatile Project and Operations Specialist to help keep our business running smoothly and our projects moving forward. This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety: coordinating people and tasks, keeping processes organised, handling the operational and administrative work that lets teams deliver, and finding better ways of getting things done. You may work alongside our internal teams or be deployed at client sites. We care more about how you work than the exact industry you come from. If you are organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling several things at once, we would like to hear from you.
What you will do • Coordinate projects and tasks across teams, tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables. • Keep day-to-day operations running smoothly: scheduling, documentation, reporting, and follow-ups. • Act as a point of contact between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. • Support commercial, financial, and administrative processes such as quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and record-keeping. • Help manage vendor and partner relationships, including renewals and commercial discussions. • Monitor compliance with agreements, internal policies, and governance requirements. • Prepare clear reports, summaries, and materials for stakeholders and leadership. • Identify opportunities to simplify and improve processes, and help put improvements in place. • Take on new responsibilities as priorities shift — no two weeks look exactly the same.
