Role Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic leadership for the BSBF program and public health initiatives, serving as the primary liaison for equity teams to integrate social responsibility into consumer campaigns like Oral Health Month
- Execute the BSBF Direct program by managing third-party agencies to deliver oral health education and essential kits to school-aged children across the region
- Cultivate high-impact partnerships with Ministries of Health, NGOs, and dental faculties to advocate for systemic policy changes and joint public health collaborations
- Oversee program governance and compliance, establishing rigorous KPIs and monitoring processes to ensure all activities meet legal and internal quality standards
- Facilitate evidence-based advocacy by accessing public health and nursing programs to generate clinical support for product usage in public health settings
- Adapt global assets for local impact, ensuring all BSBF materials and digital tools are relevant and effective for the Andina market
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Public health, Marketing or Business Administration
- 5+ years of experience in Public Relations, Government Relations, or similar regulated environments within the Oral Care or Pharmaceutical industries
- Previous experience managing budget
- Advanced English level
- Google Tools and Excel proficiency
- Availability to travel within the Andean region
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Dentistry with Public Health background
- Master's Degree
- Experience with Academia / Key Thought Leader Relationship
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Project Management skills
