Job Summary

Summary: Accounts Payable and Receiving Lead

Job Description:

Accounts Payable: Process all invoices and credits within Birchstreet for supporting tracks.

Statement Reconciliation: Collect and Review Statements provided from Vendors for accuracy

Assist location with inventory and reporting functions

Receiving Lead: Will own this process and train/coordinate supporting help if needed. This includes taking temps, catch weight items and communicating shorts with departments and Director of Purchasing

Assist Director of Purchasing in communication with vendors

Must be willing to travel and support motorsport tracks

Other duties as assigned
