If you’re an experienced hardware QA leader who can scale test operations across 200+ devices and build rigorous processes, this role is for you! The Role: QA – Hardware Manager / Senior Manager Own and scale OptiSigns’ hardware quality program across device lab operations, reliability validation, and release readiness for media players, kiosks, and peripherals. Key Responsibilities • Run a high‑throughput hardware QA lab (200+ devices) and drive root‑cause analysis. • Define test strategy across functional, performance, compliance, and environmental tests. • Establish automation for regression, burn‑in, and reliability; track defect trends. • Partner with manufacturing/vendors to qualify components and improve yields. • Publish QA reports and release gates for hardware/firmware builds.
