• Able to define and own QA scope and test strategy for projects • Can estimate testing efforts and manage QA team capacity • Accountable for product quality from requirements to release • Active participation in grooming, planning, and retrospectives • Identifies quality risks and drives process improvements • Experience with incident analysis or production bug triage • Experience decomposing unclear requirements and clarifying acceptance criteria • Skill in prioritizing test coverage by criticality • Experience leading distributed QA teams across multiple domains or services • Collaboration experience with analysts and technical writers to maintain up-to-date documentation
