About the Role:

To Co-ordinate all Quality (under the guidance of the SQAM/DQAM: Poultry) related aspects in the Poultry Operations to assist the Quality team within the Plant to effectively manage all aspects of Quality.

Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• To hold a Bachelor’s degree in Food Sciences and other related disciplines.

• Minimum of 4 years experience in a Quality role within a Meat Processing Plant.

• Experience in Quality role within a Poultry Processing Plant.

• Qualified in Quality, Quality Systems, and Quality Audits

• Experienced in supervisory level.

• A Communicating effectively with a multinational workforce.

• Good operational knowledge of Meat Processing & Animal Health .

• Good operational knowledge of Quality Systems and audits.

• Good Knowledge Legislative compliance and relevant aspects.

• Must able to lead and command multi task work groups on Quality aspects.

• Must able to conduct Quality awareness program independently.

• Excellent written and spoken of English.
