【職務内容】

 

メルクエレクトロニクス株式会社　静岡事業所は、半導体製造工程に使われる化学薬品の研究開発・製造を行っています。　

 

配属先は品質保証グループとなり、製品にかかわるお客様からのご要望への対応や協力会社様や社内各部署からの変更管理、発生した不具合対応についての推進業務を担当していただきます。

 

お客様からのご要望への対応業務や変更管理・不具合対応業務を通じて、問題解決やプロジェクトマネジメントに関する手法が習得できます。

 

また、製品の製造・検査工程のみでなく、原料等の供給メーカー様の製造・検査工程が理解できる機会があります。

 

さらに、お客様、協力会社様、原料供給メーカーがグローバルにまたがっていることと、グローバルにまたがるプロジェクトがありますので、国内の社外の方々のみでなく、海外の顧客およびメルクメンバーとのコミュニケーションを行う機会がたくさんあります。

 

 

 

1.　お客様からのご要望への対応業務

・各種顧客要求（品質改善や調査依頼など）に対して、必要があれば社内外関係者との調整を行いつつ、必要な業務を明確化しリードしていただき、最終的に顧客への報告を行っていただきます。

・顧客を含む社内外で発生した品質不具合の問題解決を、社内外関係者と連携しつつ、リードしていただきます。

 

 

 

2.　協力会社様や社内各部署からの変更申請や発生した不具合対応についての推進業務

・工程変更案件について、社内外関係者と連携しつつリスクアセスメントを推進し、適切な変更可否判断をリードしていただきます。

・原料サプライヤーの監査を実施し、改善のための是正対策および改善項目のフォローアップを行い、サプライヤーの原料および体制においても弊社の求める品質レベルを達成するための推進を行っていただきます。

 

 

 

3.　プロジェクトの遂行

・ 新規製品の立ち上げプロジェクトに参画していただき、品質保証としての必要業務（製品仕様；規格、包装・梱包等の決定・登録、購入原料等の仕様決定・登録）を行いつつ、必要があれば社内外関係者との調整をおこない、プロジェクトを推進していただきます。

 

 

【求める要件】

・準学士以上

 

・化学領域に関する研究開発、品質管理・検査、品質保証、製造のいずれかの経験を3年以上お持ちの方

 

※特に化学薬品、半導体製造プロセス、半導体向け電子材料の経験歓迎

 

・読み書き以上の英語力　(グローバルの電話会議参加、メールでのやり取り）

・協調性を持って働ける方、コミュニケーションが得意な方

・急でスピードの速い変化に対して対応できるマインドをもっている方

Overview: The Shizuoka Office focuses on the research, development, and manufacturing of chemical products used in semiconductor manufacturing processes.

Position: Quality Assurance Group

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Request Management:

    • Address various customer requests (e.g., quality improvements, investigation requests) by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as needed. Clearly define and lead necessary tasks, ultimately reporting to customers.
    • Lead problem-solving for quality issues arising from both internal and external sources, collaborating with relevant parties.

  2. Change Management and Issue Resolution:

    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to conduct risk assessments for process change requests, leading appropriate decisions on changes.
    • Perform audits of raw material suppliers, follow up on corrective actions and improvements, and ensure suppliers meet the required quality standards.

  3. Project Execution:

    • Participate in new product launch projects, carrying out necessary quality assurance tasks (e.g., defining and registering product specifications, packaging decisions) while coordinating with stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of an Associate Degree.

  • At least 3 years of experience in research and development, quality control, inspection, quality assurance, or manufacturing in the chemical field.

    • Experience in chemical products, semiconductor manufacturing processes, or electronic materials for semiconductors is especially welcome.

  • Proficient in English (reading and writing) to participate in global conference calls and email communications.

  • Positive, curious, and flexible mindset.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced changes.
  • Basic problem-solving skills and drive for task execution (entry-level candidates are welcome).
