Quality Assurance

As a QA Engineer, you will play a key role in strengthening our quality practices and supporting the transition from manual-heavy testing toward a more automation-driven approach. You are expected to combine strong testing fundamentals with analytical thinking to improve test coverage, reliability, and delivery confidence across projects.

Responsibilities: • Design and execute effective test strategies (manual and automated). • Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts and frameworks. • Identify suitable test cases for automation and increase automation coverage over time. • Support integration of automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., smoke and regression suites). • Perform manual and exploratory testing for complex or high-risk scenarios. • Apply risk-based testing to prioritize efforts under tight timelines. • Clearly communicate quality risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to stakeholders. • Promote QA best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
