The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a factory setting and will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes, specifically in the packing team. The QC Officer will ensure that sampling procedures and quality checks are conducted effectively to meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and oversee the quality control processes within the packing team. • Ensure that sampling procedures are conducted in accordance with established protocols. • Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. • Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and report any deviations or non-conformities. • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and guidelines. • Participate in audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
