Accountability & Authorities

• Manage Industrial Quality Methods & Tools activities: People if applicable, Process & Performance
• Develop and deploy processes, tools & quality standards (e.g. Quality Control Plan) with industrial teams
• Ensure Detection improvement. Thanks to innovation implementation linked to digital tools
• Develop Standard Quality Board
• Deliver Industrial Quality Standard Trainings
• Manage activity related to car history book (Traceability, configuration, …)
• Define Workstation audits planning, adherence & Build Improvement Plan at site level based on REX
• Accountable for MMD (Monitoring & Measuring Device) & Material testing activities (if applicable) according to QUA-PRO-006
• Manage APSYS improvement plan for Industrial Quality requirements

Performance measurements

• Quality documentation deployed at the pre-series / serial start stage
• Metrology activity: Zero tools of control / manufacture in delay of control
• Workstation Audit : Planning accuracy & Non-Conformity occurrence reduction
• Dashboard deployed and up to date
• APSYS measurement for the Industrial Quality Road Map

Educational Requirements

• University diploma
• Experience in managing Quality tools (Problem solving, Lean Six Sigma, …) in railway or automotive industries
• Team management

Desirable:

• Considerable experience as quality engineer in automotive or railway.

Competencies & Skills

• Ability to work in a matrix organization Rigor & communication
• Technical mastering of railway products
• Knowledge of Quality standard (ISO9001…) and Quality tools
