Quality Inspector - Documentation & Assembly Quality Contro
Apply NowWe are seeking a Quality Inspector to support assembly activities related to technological modifications and the management of technical documentation packages (PTD). The successful candidate will ensure compliance with project requirements, applicable procedures, quality standards, and customer specifications throughout manufacturing, assembly, inspection, and documentation processes. Assembly and Technological Change ImplementationFor ongoing assembly activities and implementation of technological changes assigned by the customer, the Quality Inspector will: • Verify and confirm pre-assembly quality inspections of incoming deliveries, including accepted quantities. • Inspect base and additional materials to ensure compliance with approved procedures and project documentation. • Verify identification of parts, dimensions, internal cleanliness, installation positions, and compliance with work instructions and procedures. • Monitor welding activities in cooperation with the Welding Supervisor. • Verify completion of the project-defined scope of NDT inspections. • Perform visual inspections of equipment surfaces and welded joints. • Prepare, compile, and maintain PTD documentation within the scope of assigned quality packages and project requirements. • Verify compliance of manufactured and assembled equipment with project documentation and applicable technical documentation. • Issue declarations of conformity confirming fulfillment of specified requirements.
PTD Documentation Review and Technical Comment ResolutionFor ongoing correction and updating of existing PTD packages, the Quality Inspector will: • Review, verify, and process technical comments received from the customer. • Prepare concise technical responses to customer comments and document corrective actions within customer-provided comment sheets. • Coordinate the resubmission of corrected PTD packages for customer review and approval. • Verify consistency and accuracy of technical data across quality records and documentation, including: • Weld Record Sheets and Weld Maps. • NDT reports and protocol references. • Material traceability records. • Manufacturing and inspection documentation.
• Ensure completeness, correctness, and consistency of all quality documentation prior to final submission.
