Your role in our team
As our new EASA Compliance Specialist, you will ensure compliance against primary EU Regulation for Aviation. A key part of your role, you will evaluate standards such as EUROCAE, EASA and customer requirements to ensure compliance throughout product development. You will support EASA approvals for Design and Production Organizations and contribute to product certification activities in line with applicable EU regulations.
In this role, you will be part of a team of Quality Managers working across different Business Areas. You will work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure that quality requirements are identified early and implemented throughout the project lifecycle. You will conduct internal audits, support project milestone reviews, manage deviations and concessions, and ensure that deliverables meet defined quality standards and regulatory requirements.
How you will make a meaningful contribution
Your key responsibilities include:

- Ensure EASA organizational approval (EU REG 2023/1769) and product certification (EU REG 2023/1768)
- Ensure internal/external project execution, i.a.w. our QMS by performing specialized internal audits like ED-109A and ED-116.
- Ensure customer quality requirements are identified early (by participation in proposal and contract reviews) and documented and implemented in the project via the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and flowed down to suppliers.
- Perform Buy-off, verifying that deliverables are of the right quality.
- Manage Concessions (Deviations & Waivers) and delegations from customers (GQAR, DCMA)
- Manage Customer Complaints efficiently to maintain Terma’s high customer satisfaction level
Bring your world class expertise into play
You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement. Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague with the following qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Manager or Quality Manager/Specialist role, with a proven ability to manage product development projects and quality requirements
- Experienced in performing well-documented audits (project and process audits)
- System-level experience in understanding the interaction between mechanical, hardware and software components.
- Experience or certifications in Quality Management and Continuous Improvement (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) are an advantage
- Understanding of Software Engineering, including the ability to engage with Subject Matter Experts or contribute to software testing activities
