What you’ll do:

1.Lead, drive and improve plant level quality system performance to meet EQMS, IATF16949, ISO9001 and customer requirements.
2.DCC management.
3.Supervise and manage IQC team, work with SQE and function team to drive suppliers incoming raw materials quality performance.
4.Outsource supplier quality management.

IQC section:
1. Lead IQC team to monitor raw incoming materials quality performance according to drawing or criteria, reporting and work with function team for noncomplaince parts disposition.
2. Raw materials suppliers performance metrics collecting and monitoring include DMR, LRR, DPPM, Raw Material Incidence and etc.
3. Outsourced-process suppliers management and annual SSA/QPA audit to drive continously improvement.
4. IQC team routine work arrangement, performance assessment, training and organization optimization.

Quality System section:
1.Establish, maintain and improve current quality management system to fulfill IATF 16949 and EQMS requirements. 
2.Conduct quality system self assessment and take lead to improvement EQMS to meet APAC requirements. 
3.Plan, conduct and improve Internal audit, Management Review, QFR, report findings and lead to close findings and follow up actions. 
4.Review, maintain and improve HSF (Hazardous Substance Free) management system, conduct internal HSF audit and ensure compliance of HSF related regulatory. 
5.Manage and improve DCC system, ensure the compliance of documentations and record control procedures.
6.Promote IATF 16949 culture in organization wide, improve execution of FMEA, APQC, SPC, MSA, PPAP etc. 
7.Liaison with customer for their survey or questionnaires related to EQMS, HSF and Safety. 
8.Supporting operation team in EHS, EICC, life cycle, requirements and other tentatively assigned activities. 

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above,Major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred
At least 5 years’ working experiences in QMS management positions in multi-national company

Be qualified with IATF 16949 lead assessor and successful transition of IATF 16949:2016; certified quality engineer is preferred
Intensive understanding of PFMEA, SPC, MSA, DOE, ANOVA, APQP and PPAP.
Experience in working with world class customers. Familiar with their HSF requirements and QMS requirements. 
Experience of process quality improvement is preferred.
Knowledgeable in application of Product/Process standards requirments and document system structure. 
Good English skill in both writing and oral.
Good communication skills and can work hard under pressure, aggressive, open-minded.
Office software skills.
