Quantity Surveying Manager

• Act as the Centre of Excellence providing expert support to project delivery teams in all aspects of quantity surveying, including measurement and pricing. • Ensure that quantity surveying services adhere to established standards and align with international industry best practices. • Serve as the key escalation point for complex technical quantity surveying issues. • Provide functional oversight and guidance to in-house Quantity Surveyors, particularly those specializing in Furniture and Equipment (F&E). • Review and approve cost submissions from Project Management Consultants (PMC) and outsourced consultants. • Assess and approve costing for value engineering proposals to optimize project costs. • Provide technical approval on contract variations related to measurement and cost in coordination with Administration & Procurement (A&P) teams. • Approve interim payment certificates, ensuring compliance and coordination with A&P.
