신규 제품의 설계 및 개발 전반을 담당하는 역할입니다. 고객으로부터 신규 제품 개발 요구사항을 접수하고,

요구사항 및 사업 타당성을 검토하며, 경쟁사 제품 벤치마킹, 제품 설계 및 설계 검증 업무를 수행합니다.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • 고객의 신규 제품 개발 요청 접수
  • 고객 요구사항 및 사업성 검토
  • 설계 검증(Design Verification)

업무 목표 및 범위

  • 견적(Quotation) 지원
  • 신규 제품 설계 및 개발
  • 양산 및 신규 개발 단계에서의 품질·원가 개선

고객 만족도 향상 및 Extraordinary Customer Experience(ECE) 제공

Job Summary

1. 제품 설계 (Product Design) – 30%

  • 부품 선정(Component Selection)
  • 2D 및 3D CAD Tool을 활용한 제품 설계
  • 유관 엔지니어와 설계 검토(Design Review) 진행
  • 지속적인 설계 개선 활동
  • 글로벌 엔지니어링 팀과의 협업

2. 제품 개발 (Product Development) – 30%

  • 고객 요구사항 분석 및 이해
  • 고객의 Master Schedule에 기반한 제품 개발 일정 관리
  • 고객 요구사항 만족을 위한Risk mitigation plan 수립(Design validation, 고객 요구 사항 분석)

3. 프로젝트 제안 (Project Proposal) – 20%

  • 신규 사업 기회에 대한 고객 요구사항 및 사양 접수
  • 유관 엔지니어와 요구사항 및 사양 검토
  • 제품개발제안서(Product design Proposal Sheet) 작성 및 제출

4. 원가 절감 활동 (Cost Reduction Activity) – 10%

  • 양산 제품의 원가 절감 방안 발굴
  • 경쟁력 있는 대체 설계 및 솔루션 제안

5. 양산 지원 및 유지보수 프로젝트 (Sustaining Project) – 10%

  • 양산 제품의 품질 이슈 대응
  • 고객의 기타 기술적 요구사항 지원

We are looking for

자격 요건

필요 역량 및 기술 (Competencies & Skills)

  • 2D/3D 설계 툴 활용 능력

    • AutoCAD

  • MS Office 활용 능력

    • Excel
    • PowerPoint
    • Word

  • GD&T(Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) 이해

  • 영어 커뮤니케이션 능력 (회화 가능)

  • 기계 설계(Mechanical Design) 지식

  • 전기·전자 아키텍처 설계(Electrical & Electronics Architecture Design) 지식

  • 제품 검증 및 시험(Validation/Test) 관련 기초 지식

경력 요건 (Experience)

  • 신입 또는 관련 경력 5년 이하
  • 자동차용 고전압 커넥터(High Voltage Connector) 및 관련 자동차 부품의 설계·개발 경험 우대
  • 자동차 산업 내 프로젝트 개발 경험
  • 고객 기술 지원(Customer Engineering Support & Service) 경험

학력 요건 (Education)

다음 전공 분야의 학사 학위 이상 보유자

  • 기계공학 (Mechanical Engineering)
  • 자동차공학 (Automobile Engineering)
  • 전기공학 (Electrical Engineering)
  • 전자공학 (Electronics Engineering)
