JOB SUMMARY:

This position performs team member support and is an excellent fit for critical thinkers. If you enjoy working with others, reviewing information and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:

  • Conducting reviews of computer system records to determine compliance
  • Identifying deficient performance, workflow issues, error trends and training needs
  • Preparing reports and making recommendations
  • Identifying and resolving operational deficiencies
  • Providing guidance and feedback to team members
  • Completing special projects and case reviews
  • Initiating and responding to requests
  • Researching and resolving case issues
  • Gathering information and analyzing data

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue in the Child Support Program.
  • Two (2) years of experience coaching, mentoring, or instructing others.
  • Two (2) years of experience performing quality reviews to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Two (2) years of experience conducting research and analyzing information, data, or procedures to make decisions.
  • Experience identifying cases not progressing appropriately in CAMS and the possible causes in order to assist in making recommendations for resolution.

PREFERENCES:

  • Preference given for operational knowledge of multiple processes within the Child Support Program. (i.e. Judicial Actions, Administrative, Interstate, Order Entry, Compliance, etc.)

SPECIAL NOTES:

  • This position can be housed in one of the following Child Support Program Region One Service Sites: Crestview, Gainesville, Lake City, Marianna, Panama City, Pensacola or Tallahassee Office.
  • This position may require you to work outside your regular work schedule should there be a business need to do so.
  • This role is eligible for telework after you complete required training and reach an acceptable level of proficiency.
  • All experience, including examples of implementation, must be documented in detail on the candidate profile/resume.
  • Gaps of employment of 6 months or more must be addressed on the application and each field (address, city, and state, dates, phone numbers, etc.) must be completed. Periods of employment should be entered with the most recent/current listed first.

SALARY: $41,517.24 - $55,115.04 / annually
