External Job Description

Job Purpose:

Development of New products, product modifications and upgrades, product testing and benchmarking, joint value creation.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualization of the technical approaches, planning and execution of the experiments - Processing of batches of product under development using various paint processing
Equipments.
2. Testing of the experimental designs as per test protocol defined, generating and recording data.
3. Conducting application/ product validation trials at sites which can be located at different locations across India.
4. Generation of the test reports and evaluation of samples for optical and other aspects of paint performances.
5. Evaluation of alternate RMs in the existing product formulation for suitability and performance assessment.
6. Support to plant wrt standardization of the product at PEL/OPC.
7. Preparing the technical reports, maintaining appropriate and updated records of experiments in lab notebook & Optiva
8. Testing of complaint samples if any and resolution
9. Active participation in ISO as well as OSHSA activities
10.Handling of customer complaints

Qualifications: B.Tech polymer science, MSc chemistry

Work Experience : 1-3 Years in construction chemicals/waterproofing/tile adhesive
