Sibley offers medical, surgical, intensive care, obstetric, oncology, orthopedic and skilled nursing inpatient services, as well as a 24-hour Emergency Department. As an Interventional Radiology Team Lead at Sibley Memorial Hospital, you will be instrumental in mentoring and managing the clinical staff to promote quality, safety, and excellence in care.  Serves as a clinical expert and manages an evolving clinical picture, including identifying impending changes in clinical condition and responds timely and appropriately. The Lead Clinical Nurse assumes responsibility and is accountable for overall unit operations in the absence of the Nurse Manager.  Able to apply the principles of evidence-based care and service excellence into practice. 

 

 

Position Details:

  • 40 hours/wk; Full-Time, Benefitted
  • Day Shift

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program, BSN strongly preferred
  • Active RN license in the District of Columbia
  • BLS CPR certification through AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training required
  • 3 Years of RN experience required, preferably in Interventional Radiology
  • Strong leadership skills required

Salary Range: Minimum 52.33/hour - Maximum 81.11/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
