Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Cold Caller to support our team in generating leads and reaching potential property owners in New York City. The ideal candidate must have prior experience using NYC-specific real estate platforms (such as PropertyShark, ACRIS, etc.) to research property information, locate owners, and initiate outreach.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners, primarily within New York City. • Use NYC-focused real estate research tools (e.g., PropertyShark, ACRIS, public records) to locate and verify ownership information. • Qualify prospects, gather relevant property details, and schedule follow-ups for the acquisitions or sales team. • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM. • Communicate clearly and professionally with property owners in both English and Spanish. • Provide regular updates to the team regarding lead progress and call metrics.
