The Receptionist provides front of house support in Stonemasons Way with strong emphasis on customer service, administrative support and ensuring facility services are provided to all CRH Group Services employees.  

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide a consistent professional, courteous, and well-organised front-of-house service, reflecting corporate standards at all times.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring clear, professional communication and a positive first impression.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings.
  • Manage catering arrangements, on a daily basics.
  • Compile visitor details and liaising with relevant internal departments.
  • Handle all telephone calls and email correspondence promptly, accurately, and in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including post and deliveries.
  • Arrange taxi’s to and from the Office
  • Responsible for updating reception desk files.
  • Document all incoming courier deliveries & contact recipient to organise collection.
  • Franking of all outgoing post
  • Carry out general front-of-house and reception duties to support the efficient operation of the office environment.
  • Work along side the Facilities Team on general care of the building, as Reception is first port of call for both staff and visitors.
  • Daily ad-hoc support for Facilities team

 

Relevant Experience & Qualifications:  

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role.
  • Competency in using Outlook, Teams & other IT systems essential.
  • Time Management & attention to detail essential.
  • Good verbal communication skills & effective written communication skills essential.
