What you'll do

Own our hiring pipeline end-to-end inside Workable. Post roles, source and screen candidates, and move the right people through the funnel — primarily for graphic designer and video editor positions. This is a focused role. You're here to hire, nothing else.

What we need from you

Hands-on Workable experience — non-negotiable. A proven ability to evaluate creative talent: you know how to review a design portfolio or a video editor's reel and make a call quickly. You're organized, reliable, and don't need to be chased.

What you get

Fully remote, async, work from anywhere. Small team, no bureaucracy. A clear and focused scope — you own the hiring process. $500–$1,000/month USD, part-time.
