This is a fully remote opportunity where you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while ensuring a positive experience for all involved. Key Responsibilities: • Source and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization. • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment. • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. • Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Collaborate with team members to improve recruiting strategies and processes. • Actively participate in onboarding new hires and ensure a seamless integration into the company culture.
