As part of its continued growth, the business is seeking a motivated and highly organised Recruitment Consultant to focus on candidate generation, pipeline management and recruitment delivery. Role OverviewThe Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, screening and managing candidates across technical and executive-level positions within the aviation and engineering sectors. This is a delivery-focused recruitment position and does not involve business development, client acquisition, sales activities or client account management. The successful candidate will work closely with the internal management team to build strong candidate pipelines and support ongoing recruitment projects. The role requires excellent communication skills, consistency, strong organisational ability and a proactive approach to candidate engagement and recruitment delivery.
