Main Purpose of the Job:

Leads the total execution of Picture of Success in the region including customization of Channel and Category Activities
Identifies and prioritizes activities that will effectively deliver regional growth objectives based on knowledge of local shopper understanding and intricacies

Key Responsibilities:

Creates clear ways of working for the distributors, 3rd party agencies, and properly onboards all stakeholders to ensure swift and effective execution of activities
Effectively communicates and cascades the category selling story and operational details of all cycle plan, channel, and regional events
Ensures updated and relevant regional investment data base
Ensures on-time shelf availability of cycle plan promotions and new products on trade
