The Regional Sales Executive is responsible for establishing and expanding the company's commercial presence across the DACH region, with an initial focus on Germany and subsequent development of Austria and Switzerland. The role combines direct business development and enterprise sales activities with the creation of a sustainable partner ecosystem capable of supporting long-term regional growth. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Regional Sales Executive is expected to identify market opportunities, develop strategic customer relationships, recruit and support partners, and contribute to the definition and execution of the regional go-to-market strategy. Success is measured not only through revenue generation but also through the creation of a scalable and sustainable business presence within the territory.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across the DACH region. • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. • Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and close. • Develop relationships with executive-level and operational stakeholders. • Create region-specific growth plans aligned with company objectives.
Partner & Channel Development • Identify, recruit, and develop strategic channel and technology partners. • Execute joint business development initiatives with partners. • Support partner enablement and opportunity generation activities. • Build a scalable partner ecosystem to support long-term regional growth.
Market Expansion & Strategy • Identify target industries, strategic accounts, and market opportunities. • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity. • Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and partner engagements. • Contribute market intelligence and strategic insights to regional growth planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product Management, Pre-Sales, and Professional Services teams. • Provide accurate forecasting, territory planning, and pipeline reporting. • Ensure alignment with company strategy, commercial priorities, and governance standards.
