Role Summary: The Technical OwnerThe Regional Solutions Architect is the foundational technical resource responsible for the design, integrity, and successful deployment of Igloo Tech Solutions for our enterprise clients across the Asia Pacific region. This role acts as the technical bridge, translating complex client needs (especially from financial services and insurance giants) into deployable solutions using our modular, AI-powered platform. You will play a direct role in commercial growth by winning the technical argument and ensuring a clean handoff to delivery, taking ownership of the solution from the first demo through to the initial project phase.

Key Responsibilities & FunctionsA. Technical Sales & Solution Design • Solution Blueprinting: Lead technical discovery sessions to deeply understand client pain points (e.g., related to legacy systems, operational inefficiency, or distribution gaps) and design the optimal technical solution blueprint leveraging Igloo's platform (Turbo, UIP, UCP, etc.). • High-Fidelity Demos: Conduct compelling, tailored product demonstrations and technical workshops for executive (CTO, Head of Digital) and technical audiences, focusing on architecture, integration, security, and scalability. • RFP & Proposal Leadership: Strategically manage the technical component of all Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and commercial proposals, ensuring absolute accuracy and a clear technical rationale for the proposed solution. • Technical Vetting: Serve as the technical point-of-contact, addressing all due diligence questions related to system integration, API architecture, data security (e.g., PII handling), and cloud deployment models.

B. Project Execution & Delivery Support (Startup Ownership)• Project Scoping & Handoff: Own the transition from sales to implementation. Provide the Project Management team with detailed, signed-off technical specifications, effort estimates, and risk logs to ensure a smooth, low-friction technical kickoff. • Project Support: In a startup capacity, provide necessary technical support during the early delivery phase, guiding the client and internal teams on architectural decisions, integration sequencing, and initial configuration. • Mitigation & Troubleshooting: Proactively identify potential technical blockers or scope risks during the pre-sales process (e.g., as learned from projects like CIMB PH and AmMetLife MY) and work with technical teams to define mitigation strategies before they impact delivery timelines.

C. Product Strategy & Market Intelligence• Requirements Loop: Systematically capture, structure, and prioritize client feedback and functional gaps identified during the GTM process. • Roadmap Influence: Act as the voice of the APAC client and market, collaborating closely with Product Managers to translate commercial opportunities and competitor intelligence (GTM and product features) into actionable input for the core product roadmap, especially around AI and data capabilities (e.g., AI Claims assistance, AI Sales assistance). • Enablement: Develop and maintain technical collateral, including architecture diagrams, integration guides, and internal competitive battlecards to enable the wider Commercial team.
