We’re seeking a full time Mental Health Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Amberley Health Centre, delivering high-quality, person-centred mental health care to Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel. About the Amberley Health Centre

What you’ll do

• Deliver high-quality mental health care to Defence members
• Conducting fitness-for-duty assessments and pre/post-deployment care.
• Undertaking assessments, interventions, managing medications, formulating treatment and care plans for individuals and group education sessions
• Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical environment where patient wellness is paramount

What you bring

• Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Credentialing with ACMHN or Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing (or recognised international equivalent)
• Minimum two years’ post-graduate mental health experience, including comprehensive assessments and delivery of ‘Focussed Psychological Strategies’
• Comprehensive assessment skills and experience in ‘Focussed Psychological Strategies’ and ‘Psychological Therapy’ as per Medicare Schedule
• Current CPR certification (HLTAID009)
• Australian Citizenship required  to obtain Baseline Security Clearance
• Commitment to CPD and ethical, patient-centred care
