Relationship Manager

Freedom24 is an investment platform of the international financial group Freedom Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: FRHC), providing clients worldwide with access to over 1 million financial instruments. We are actively expanding across Europe and growing our team in Cyprus. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales and Personal Support Manager to engage with prospective and existing clients across Europe, promoting the investment products and services offered by Freedom24. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial knowledge with excellent communication skills to build lasting client relationships, provide personalized support, and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities • Proactively engage with prospective and existing clients to promote investment products and services offered by Freedom24; • Provide personalized support to clients, addressing inquiries related to trading, account management, and platform usage; • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective relationship building and consultative sales approach; • Collaborate with the Head of Department to implement sales strategies and support initiatives; • Maintain accurate client records and activity reports in CRM; • Stay updated on financial markets, regulatory changes, and company products.
