Job Summary

The IBG Relationship Manager (RM) manages the overall relationship of the Bank with existing institutional customers and the development of relationships with prospective clients. The RM leverages on a thorough understanding of the client’s business needs, objectives and financial strategies to effectively and efficiently deliver BDO products and services that support these needs, translating to increased Loan ADB, Revenues and utilization of BDO products.

Key Responsibilities

• Solicits, develops and originates new deals and business opportunities from existing and prospective accounts and manages the loan-and-trade-related relationship of his assigned portfolio
• Analyzes current and prospective portfolio and prepares growth and profitability account strategies
• Present value-proposition to sales leads and current customers
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Completion of Bachelors’ degree, preferably in a Business course
• Minimum two years experience in client acquisition and/or investments
• Working knowledge on financial analysis and credit evaluation for Commercial Lending products is an advantage
