Typically, the work schedule is from 9:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, though there might be times when additional hours are needed to meet business demands. Key Responsibilities: • Collect and review loan documents; • Serve as primary contact for merchants and internal teams, inputting data and updates into the processing system; • Maintain, organize, and update status to ensure the pipeline status is current.
