World Business Lenders (WBL) is proud to offer short-term, real estate-backed commercial loans to a diverse range of small and medium-sized businesses across the United States, especially those who may find it challenging to secure traditional financing. Typically, the work schedule is from 9:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, though there might be times when additional hours are needed to meet business demands. We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills in both English, both spoken and written. • Please note that all resumes should be submitted in English.

Key Responsibilities: • Assist in creating brand guidelines for each WBL brand, covering aspects such as logo usage, color palettes, typography, imagery style, and tone of voice, while also managing rebranding projects for new LLCs, including logo design, visual identity systems, and brand implementation; • Create social media content for both organic and paid campaigns, develop assets for email and SMS campaigns such as headers, banners, CTAs, and templates, and produce marketing materials including one-pagers, brochures, case studies, infographics, and sales enablement resources; • Create presentation decks and improve existing PowerPoint slides by incorporating professional images and layouts; • Develop innovative concepts for multi-channel campaigns including paid search, social media, email, and events, while designing A/B test variations for advertisements, landing pages, and email campaigns; • Oversee and maintain the creative asset library for all brands, including templates, logos, images, and fonts, to guarantee easy access for the team and partners; • Develop toolkits such as co-branded rate sheets, flyers, email templates, and social media graphics; • Create event materials including booth graphics, signage, and promotional items for conferences and broker events; • Maintain brand consistency across all customer interactions, including the website, application forms, customer portal, and loan documents; • Ensure all creative assets comply with brand guidelines as well as legal and compliance standards; • Partner with Marketing Intelligence Analyst and Data Scientist to incorporate performance insights into creative iterations.
