Role Overview • The Quality Assurance & Process Analyst plays a key role in enhancing our operations by connecting the dots between quality assurance, business requirement analysis, and operational excellence. In this position, you'll be responsible for not only ensuring the quality of our software and business processes but also for spotting opportunities for improvements through smart automation and thoughtful process redesign. You’ll act as a quality champion right from the start of the development lifecycle, translating business needs into clear, testable requirements. Plus, you’ll collaborate across teams to help eliminate inefficiencies and bring undocumented processes into the light.
Role Purpose • In this role, you'll play a key part in enhancing our organization's quality, compliance, and efficiency by merging thorough quality assurance practices with insightful process analysis and requirements engineering. You'll focus on achieving both tactical quality goals, such as defect prevention and validation, as well as strategic operational enhancements, like process formalization, automation, and ongoing improvement.
Performance Metrics & Success Measures • Quality Metrics: We're looking at the defect detection rate, defect escape rate, test case coverage, and mean time to resolution to gauge quality. • Requirements Accuracy: Key indicators include traceability completion, timely sign-off of requirements, and a lower frequency of change requests. • Process Improvement Impact: We'll assess the improvements in KPIs after implementation, how well the changes are adopted, cost savings achieved, and reductions in process cycle times. • Stakeholder Satisfaction: Feedback is vital! We'll collect insights from business owners, project teams, and development partners regarding the clarity of requirements and the quality of testing. • Efficiency Metrics: We're interested in the time taken to complete test cycles, the turnaround for requirements documentation, and the duration of process analysis cycles. • Documentation Quality: This includes the completeness, accuracy, and usability of test documentation, requirement specifications, and process guides.
