Typically, the work schedule is from 9:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, though there might be times when additional hours are needed to meet business demands. Key Responsibilities: • Expertise in reviewing title commitments, thoroughly understanding the requirements and exceptions to ensure proper lien positioning. • Proficient in analyzing legal documents such as deeds, mortgages, lien releases, corporate documents, and authorizations with keen attention to detail. • Adept at interpreting legal descriptions, surveys, and title exceptions to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
