Remote Automation Specialist (GHL & Zapier): Short-term Project
Apply NowWe are seeking a highly skilled Automation Systems Specialist to implement and deploy a centralized recruiting infrastructure from the ground up. The primary objective of this project is to integrate our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with GoHighLevel (GHL) via Zapier to create a high-performance, automated candidate pipeline. While the strategic process mapping and communication assets (messaging sequences) are complete, we require a technical expert to execute the systems architecture, ensuring smooth data flow from initial application to interview fruition. We estimate the total technical scope of this implementation to fall within a 30–40 hour window. This timeframe accounts for the configuration of multi-step Zaps, GoHighLevel workflows, the calibration of our AI screening tools, and a dedicated phase for rigorous end-to-end testing. Our budget for this engagement is $500 – $800 USD.
Technical Objectives & Deliverables• Core Infrastructure: Build a comprehensive recruiting pipeline within GoHighLevel, mirroring our predefined stage logic. • Systems Integration: Establish a robust API or Webhook-based connection between the ATS and GHL using Zapier to ensure real-time data synchronization. • AI Screening Integration: Configure and edit our AI Phone Screening tool to ensure it triggers correctly within the workflow, captures relevant candidate data, and updates the pipeline status based on screening results. • Workflow Automation: Configure automated candidate tagging, stage-triggered notifications, and recruiter alerts to eliminate manual administrative overhead. • Engagement Engine: Deploy multi-channel (SMS/Email) nurturing sequences designed to increase candidate responsiveness. • Calendar Orchestration: Implement a sophisticated interview scheduling ecosystem integrated with Google Calendar, featuring automated reminders and "no-show" recovery protocols. • Reporting & Analytics: Develop high-level dashboards to monitor pipeline throughput, conversion metrics, and recruiter efficiency.
