Remote Sales Representative Benelux (m/w/d)
About the role:
For our Radiofrequency Therapy business unit within our Neuromodulation Division, we are looking for a Remote Sales Representative (m/f/d) as soon as possible (home office and by arrangement at our office in Düsseldorf).
Your responsibilities will include :
- Independent consulting and telephone/video-based sales of medical devices in the field of radiofrequency therapy
- Professional telephone/video support and management of existing customers, as well as acquisition of new customers
- Preparation and processing of offers
- Independent distribution of informational materials to assigned customers
- Updating and maintaining the customer database
- Handling and processing customer complaints
- Close collaboration with various internal stakeholders, such as field sales colleagues
What are we looking for:
- Successfully completed university degree (or equivalent) or vocational training with relevant experience
- Interest in and enthusiasm for sales
- Strong sales skills, as well as excellent organizational and communication abilities
- High level of teamwork, customer orientation, and quality awareness
- Proficient in MS Office, ideally also familiar with SAP
- Good written and spoken Dutch, English and ideally French.
